Ron Harbeck

Owner

Ron has been in the swimming pool and solar industry since 1989. He has experience in pool service, sales, construction management and has owned a retail pool store; this all led him to his full-time involvement with solar in 1994. Beginning with a modest 20 system installation year in 1995, Ron has grown Solaron into a corporation with three locations, installing hundreds of pool solar systems a year. In more recent years, Ron has become proficient in PV solar, has established a relationship with SunPower and dedicates his Davis location primarily to that side of the business.

Jessica Oyao

Office Manager and Sales Person

Jessica has worked at Solaron since 2005 after many years of experience in selling and designing pools. She runs the office on a daily basis and also helps in the Sales Department. Jessica was the first female in Aquatech Corp. to reach $1 million in pool sales.

Keith Langford

Bay Area Construction Manager

Keith started with Solaron in 2005 after his graduation from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Business. His job encompasses supervising crews, installation, customer relations and marketing.

Ron Legnon

Head of Sales - Bay Area

Ron has been with Solaron for seven years, beginning in 2004. Coming from an extensive pool and service background; Ron's experience includes electrical, technical, repair, maintenance and design work over the course of 36 years. He prides himself on keeping up with the most current technology in pool equipment and engineering.

Daron Mastainich

Sales Person

Daron is one of Solaron's longest employees, boasting 18 years with the company. Beginning with installing and currently selling solar, Daron has done it all. He has a strong construction background in homes and pools and 12 years of solar sales experience. He has been in the top 2 sales persons every year since he began selling solar and set a personal record in 2006, selling 100 systems.

Darren Oyao

Service Department Manager

Darren has been working at Solaron since April of 2009 in numerous capacities. More than just a full-time service technician, Darren also works in Sales and Design at Solaron. He has a decade's worth of experience in construction, pool design and sales.

"I take pride in working with a reputable and 'green' company and enjoy working with our customers from install to service. Having dealt with some of our earliest customers, I've had the chance to see how effective solar has been for them over many years."

Scott Parker

Construction Supervisor & Lead Installer

Scott is Solaron's longest tenured field employee and has been working with the company since 2001. He knows every detail of solar construction including plumbing, electrical, panel installation and automation.

John Bergh

Head of Sales - Photovoltaic

John has been in the solar industry since 2001 and has experience in both thermal and electrical solar. Well versed in solar technology and installation, he brings extensive knowledge and experience to Solaron. John has designed and completed projects totaling over 500kW of panels.

Chris Vollmar

Lead Photovoltaic Installer

Chris started working with Solaron in the Summer of 2007 as an installer and service technician for pool solar. He has since moved into the PV department, becoming proficient in the installation of solar electric panels. Chris has installed over $2.1 million in solar electric and over 300kW of panels.
